Simple, transparent pricing—so you always know what to expect.

We are self-pay only. No membership fees or surprise bills. Pay only when you need care.

Payment is collected at the time of visit. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Itemized receipt can be provided upon request for out-of-network benefits.
Labs, imaging, and medications are not included in visit pricing, but can be processed through private insurance. Reduced cost labs and imaging are available with upfront pricing.
