Payment is collected at the time of visit. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Itemized receipt can be provided upon request for high-deductible plans or out-of-network benefits
Labs, imaging, and medications are not included in visit pricing, but can be processed through private insurance. Reduced cost labs and imaging are available with upfront pricing.
