Simple, transparent pricing—so you always know what to expect.

We are self-pay only. No membership fees or surprise bills. Pay only when you need care.

Payment is collected at the time of visit. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Itemized receipt can be provided upon request for out-of-network benefits.
Labs, imaging, and medications are not included in visit pricing, but can be processed through private insurance. Reduced cost labs and imaging are available with upfront pricing.

In-Home Visits

Care delivered in the comfort of your home or office. Currently available in Broken Arrow at the prices listed below. Travel outside of Broken Arrow available for an additional fee.

Primary Care
New Patient Visit — $250
(Includes 60-minute initial visit + lab review visit)

Follow-Up Patient Visit — $150
(30 min)

Urgent Care
In-Home Visit — $150*

*In-Home Urgent Care visits Include cost of supplies: sutures/wound care, IM medication, breathing treatments, and testing supplies, if indicated.

Telemedicine

Convenient virtual visits for minor illness or primary care needs. Available for anyone living in Oklahoma.

Primary Care

New Patient Visit — $200
(Includes 60-minute initial visit + lab review visit)

Follow-Up Patient Visit — $100
(30 min)

Urgent Care Visit — $75

*Please note- telemedicine has physical exam limitations and the provider may determine your case requires in person evaluation and treatment.
